Message content processed through Myla is used solely to operate the service. Incoming messages are classified by urgency and intent using AI, and responses are drafted on your behalf according to rules you configure. Message content is stored securely to enable the weekly digest and conversation history features.
Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
Myla uses the following third-party services to operate: Twilio (SMS delivery), Amazon Web Services (cloud infrastructure and AI processing). These providers have their own privacy policies governing their use of data.
Recipients of messages sent through Myla may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may discontinue use of the Myla service at any time by contacting us.
