Myla is an AI-powered SMS communication management service that receives, classifies, and responds to incoming text messages on your behalf, according to rules and preferences you configure. The service surfaces urgent messages to you directly and provides a regular digest of other communications.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Myla complies with applicable laws. You must obtain any required consent from contacts whose messages are processed through the service. You may not use Myla for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to harass or harm any individual.
Myla is not an emergency communication system. You must maintain direct contact methods for any situation requiring immediate emergency response. Do not rely on Myla for communications involving imminent risk to life or safety.
By adding a contact to your Myla account, you confirm that your use of the service in connection with that contact complies with applicable law. Beta users must be adults capable of providing informed consent.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated responses will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free in every circumstance. You are responsible for reviewing and approving responses during the initial training period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the month in which the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
